As an established business set up from nothing we are managing many properties throughout the Selby area and currently manage properties across the whole region
Fourlet is an ARLA licensed company and have a professional out of house company that will reference tenants before moving in to a property.
We have NO HIDDEN COSTS and we only ask for is a consistent monthly marketing fee

What agent could do to change your mind?
More staff training is required amongst other things, Eden and Simon in particular need to brush up on their customer service skills.

What agent could do to change your mind?
To educate their staff on how to speak to customers, and call back when they say they will rather then playing dumb.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
