What agent could do to change your mind?
As above, better feedback and help in reassessing the property re sale etc. very poor feedback in spite of continual requests to so so. Felt out of the loop. Very disappointed that we were not kept informed of the change in the person dealing with our property, which led to some very embarrassing phone calls to find out who was actually going to deal with the sale. Also when first putting the property on the market with them we were assured that the price recommended would effect a quick sale, some 12months later we were still awaiting a sale in spite of reducing the price a further two times. However was happy with the fact that they did actually give accompanied viewings, which was a another reason we chose them as agents. However some of the initial promises were not met.Attached Filesnbsp;

Dealt with several staff members and all were extremely helpful. We were accompanied on visits to the property on 2 occasions and staff acted as intermediaries between us and the vendors on 3 or 4 occasions....
