What agent could do to change your mind?
Yes you are great at getting tenants but for the last few years getting a straight answer on the money front has always been a chase since the first payment which was promptly paid at the start of the renting my property with you. No one has really explained why it takes 5 days or more to process a payment you have held for . It will be interesting to see if you deduct the late payment from the last tenants or whether that was an excuse by the agents especially since I have no direct contact with the tenants. Sorry I have to disapprove as I am not 100% I would recommend you.
