Personally I feel all 'administration' fees are unjustifiable when agents take such a large percentage on already expensive monthly rents. Also a clause about a ‚£150 charge for renewing contract was included in the contract and refused to be removed when we asked about it - in my opinion this charge is unjustifiable - in effect you get charged an annual admin fee just for being a good tenant who wants to stay on in the property - that's just a rip-off.
