Searching for a relative (a cash purchaser in excess of 600k) I contacted Town & Country on two separate occasions to enquire about a property and despite being promised by a member of their staff to be called back by someone who could help I received not a single response. Nothing. No contact whatsoever and that was four weeks ago. I shall steer well clear of them in the future and will be advising friends and family to do the same....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Basically, they could have done their job. Been proactive and at least made contact, even if only to suggest alternatives should the property have already been sold.
