We went for the lowest cost option and paid for a window board - our property was sold before the window board even arrived and we were refunded for it. As our property sold for over the full home report price we saved a small fortune by paying a fixed fee rather than a %age of the sale price. That's close to half of what we would have paid a traditional agent - no brainer!

Gary it is disappointing your property has not sold as of yet. With regard to the service we are very clear about how the service works upfront and we rely on owners being involved and proactive in the sale of their property. In order to keep our costs as low as we can we do not call every owner each week with an update, but are happy for all our clients to call in as regular as they like to discuss their property.

I was very sceptical when I initially looked at the fees Scot House Moved charge compared to high street estate agents, however, after speaking at length with Colin Bain I was happy that this was the best option for me and my family. The process was quick, simple and thorough, from start to finish and more than value for money.
