I think the fees that are charged are extortionate and are not representative of the admin involved. To be charged ‚£72 for a document that I could have printed at home is an insult and to not even put a stamp on the envelop is a bit of a joke. The service being offered is very good, however, I don¢â‚¬â„¢t believe the ‚£72 pays for that service , so I cant actually see what the fee is for.
