Sadly they manage the flats where my sister lives, and we seem unable to get rid of them at the moment. She pays just short of £150 pcm to have the buildings and grounds managed. Not only do they refuse to provide accounts after 3 years, but here are some photos of supposedly ‘professional’ gardening services. These are communal borders not individual. They charge around £200 per visit for an hours grass cutting. Nice plants planted and paid for by residents choked out and ruined by weeds. She lives entirely on benefits, what a disgraceful company they are. They always have an answer for everything and can never be wrong.
Just to add to that, I am neither a liar or have any 'vendetta' against anyone (paranoia springs to mind). Neither am I stupid enough to leave negative reviews without being able to back up my comments with cold, hard facts. Enough said...

More untruths from someone who appears to have an online vendetta against our company. Please see our google review by the same person whose false claims I have addressed in more detail. We do not mind negative feedback, but I do have an issue with people who just make things up as they go along.

Dear Max, your review seems to confirm everything that I set out in my review in very mild terms. You are the one who has descended into the gutter with terms such as "spewing", "untruths", "nonsense", and "no spec [sic] of truth". I am sitting next to a fridge that cost £170 new and makes no sound; the one you agree you twice refused to replace shuddered loudly all night. It was so bad, I moved it to the adjoining bedroom and eventually had to purchase my own fridge. The smoke alarms were repo ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
