Here at Lakeside we have the Tuscany lodge, unlike Tuscany which has plenty of rolling hills, lakeside is very flat with 11 lakes?and this lodge is sited right on one of them! Copse lake, south facing, drop your rod over the decking to catch one of many fish, carp,tench,perch just to name a few! Or maybe just enjoy the wonderful wildlife,ducks,swans,coots and even black swans!

This stunning lodge has a light and breezy feel with rustic charm.

On entrance to the Tuscany you are greeted with a shabby chic high backed, good quality wooden pew which leads on through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, with front opening doors, and large floor to ceiling windows, allowing you to get the full view of the lake!

The lounge has sumptuous sofas and a feature pot bellied stove (electric) in a gloss white finish, gives a beautiful warm glow to the room.
The dining area is roomy with a large distressed style table and chairs.

The kitchen has a cedar wood clad giving it a real feel of traditionalism, plenty of cupboards and work space on offer with integrated appliances.

On to the hallway, on the right you are greeted with a large bathroom complete with bath,wc and walnut wood washstand with modern, square basin, heated towel rail and lots of space, on the left you have the guest room , with 2 large single beds.

The master bedroom has lots of windows with a large comfortable bed,en-suite and plenty of cupboards and wardrobes!
The exterior of this stunning lodge is a canexl material, meaning it is completely maintenance free!

Located on the southern edge of historic Chichester in West Sussex, with 10 large fishing lakes set in over 150 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside, with Chichester right on your doorstep.
