Dear Rikki, First of all I am sorry you feel this way. I have investigated the points you raised and can see my colleague has been in touch with you on a daily basis for 4 days. I do appreciate you did not get the answer on your offer straight away but this was caused due to landlord being on holiday with limited access to emails.
