The problem and hold up was due to the very unfortunate circumstances that the buyer of your property found herself in, losing a buyer in the first instance, then getting tied up with complicated lease issues where the freeholder had passed away. The sales progressor's dealing with this worked tirelessly on the file. There are extensive notes on this property with updates emails and calls to all parties and your purchasers ...
