I paid ‚£850 for a three bedroomed house with a garden and an allocated parking space in a gated community which was well kept and maintained. There was a gym membership included in the rent and the neighbors extremely friendly and quiet. I had a years rental with a six month get out clause. I thoroughly enjoyed having Partridge represent my landlord as they were always very friendly and interested.
