I've rented through Michael Richards for over 5 years. They've been friendly and helpful resolving issues quickly. Jenny deals with us and she's awesome. Some of the odd-job maintenance work that their subcontractors do can be a little questionable. But all round excellent....

This company demonstrates a sheer inability to resolve problems.
Telephone calls never returned and Mail correspondance never replied to, surly and uncooperative telephone manner from reception.
Repeated (weekly) requests for payment, yet choose to ignore you when payment is attempted. Far too quick to throw ...
