Coming from Australia where we do not have agent fees this has been a shock for me. While the fees are average compared to other real estates here I do not understand why they are necessary or the purpose of them. Where I live agents do the credit and history checks themselves. The cost of moving is highly priced as it is (especially here) without the added pressure. However, this is not directed at Knights, I just think the whole process is ridiculous.
