You called the office at 14:33 on Friday 20th April and asked to arrange a viewing, you advised that you were available on Monday after 11am. I called you back at 17:33 on the same day to arrange the viewing for Monday 23rd April. You did not answer the call. I was unable to leave a voicemail.
