I would suggest to anyone to AVOID this agency. In my experience with them, they have shown to be unprofessional and incompetent. They are not part of any professional body or protection scheme (as of Spring 2013), so you're on your own if anything goes wrong. ...

Pretty dangerous company, had many issues with them, a couple being, fake gas safety certificates, no EPC certificates, our deposit wasn't protected for almost 2 years even when they did protect it it was the wrong email and wrong mobile number, no inventory for 2 years, and ...
