No estate agency fees are welcome, the question should be does one feel there was value for money. I can wholeheartedly state that the fees represented value for money for the marketing of my property and once a purchaser was secured the considerable time and effort to progress to completion.

Several thousand pounds may sound expensive but expressed as a percentage I was pleasantly surprised. I had budgetted a bit more! The agents fees represented the largest share of the removal process fees
