Wasn't the cheapest but wasn't the most expensive. Fair and proved their worth. Negotiated a good price. Avoided any drops in price following some issues on the survey.

Fees were explained clearly in advance, both verbally and in writing, and were as expected. Of course we could have engaged one of the newer types of agency (e.g. 'PB') who advertise very low commission. We believe we may well have lost our buyers due to the complications we encountered had we chosen one of those agents and had we not had the knowledge and expertise of Halls - so, in our case, we were happy with the fees which were well deserved.
