they are very sneaky, be very careful when dealing with them! before letting the property, they made promises they never intended to keep, such as cleaning the apartment, providing an updated inventory, or getting the contracts signed promptly. they even pretended to be on the phone with the landlord negotiating the price! not least, they tried to change the terms of the contract, making it worse then expected!...

very high, and they charge tenants an annual fee, even though they don't lift a finger besides re-printing the contract

I just find the agency fees at this place extremely high. Only for renewing a contract they charge £160 per person in cash, which is the most expensive I came ever across in London and I lived in much more expensive areas before. They don't take care of the maintenance of the property anyway and the landlord is paying a fee as well....
