They only took a nominal sign up fee of 100.00 to address all their reference checks and contracts which for the service they gave me is fair

What agent could do to change your mind?
you pay for what you get... we paid but didnt get much in return. We had the gas companies threatening us to install a meter because we had paid our rent but the landlord had not paid the bills.Attached Filesnbsp;

Dear Tenant. We apologise for our part in any inconvenience you may have received. You will appreciate in this case the landlord is responsible for maintenance and repairs. We have changed our processes recently only allowing three days for him to undertake works before we take over. As you mentioned the bills were also the responsibility of the landlord however after you involved the agents in the discussions the situation was quickly resolved by using company funds and then deducting from ...
