I know it costs money to sell a property but the figure quoted was fair. As independent agents I felt they worked hard for me and went that extra mile. So therefore, in my view worth every penny.

What agent could do to change your mind?
As with all agencies the fees are extortionate (it shocks me how any agency is able to get away with charging hundreds of pounds for printing a standard contract out)
