Hi Sophie apologies for the confusion regarding this house and the fact that somebody paid in for it. We did apologise and explain on the phone to you and I can understand the frustration, but unfortunately, it's human error and mistakes do happen. I can only apologise that this has happened to you. I have lived in my house let by this company for 2 months and I've had nothing but problems. I've had a gas man see to the boiler and he's suggested it was replaced but Amazon have cut costs by getting the boiler fixed which barely ...

Hi Olivia, apologies you have not been happy with our service so far. With regards to your boiler, we did send an engineer out who managed to get the boiler back on. He has been trying to get back in touch with you after the boiler went down again and has been given the permission by the landlord to do whatever he considers necessary to get the heating and hot water sorted. I believe that it was booked in between yourself and the contractor last week but unfortunately the repair hasn’t bee ...
