This agency is to avoid at all costs. I had the most awful experience with this letting agency. They took £184 holding deposit to start the referencing to rent a small 1 bedroom flat. Over a week later, they came back to me saying that unfortunately your reference didn't go through.. because of my 0 hour contract which I clearly mentioned before I enquired that property and they said it was fine and they have no problem with that! I have provided all my work and bank details.. I've never failed to pay my previous landlords and never had a bad credit history but they still declined my offer and they refused to give my deposit back although they waisted my time and refused my application. They never mentioned the deposit is not refundable. Never trust this agency, step back if you have to deal with them. At the end of the day they are just looking for an opportunity to take your money that you worked hard for and don't care about you. I'll be taking them to court soon!

29 Jul 2022Avoid Frost Partnership at all costs. Pooja introduced tenants who were destructive of a rental property by deliberately destroying a boundary wall and front garden. She came to view the damage and then asked the so called 'gardener' to quote for another property across the road ! The tenants trashed the property leaving damage and rent arrears, she failed to put in a six month break clause in the tenancy agreement as requested. Their full management terms are also to be avoided, a kitchen tap costs £160 ! No one came from the agency when the tenants left to see any damage caused. They couldn't care less whilst they're getting their share of rental income.

Was renting a property from frost for just over a year. Spent so much money decorating it as the agency told us it is available for "Long term renting". I stayed within the contact and made sure my house was well kept. I welcomed my first born into the apartment and put so much effort... Read Full Review

Stay away from FROST PARTNERSHIP. They messed me around where they took a deposit and never honoured the property. This Pooja girl on Slough branch is a dodgy character. Today I have learned they have messed a good friend of mine and wasted his time. STAY AWY FROM THEM... Read Full Review
