These guys are total con artists. I rented a flat for a year and was considering extending. The rent was already high for the postcode and then they tried to up it further, claiming it was the Landlord's decision. The Landlord lived in America and was on a hugely different time zone yet... The property we rented from The Frost Partnership was in a disgusting state when we first moved in. I waited outside for 45 to meet the landlady for an inventory check but she never turned up, finally one of the Frost employees came to give me a set of keys and quickly drove off again.
