I just buy house at stanwell hight street through frost partnership, it was best experience. Very good service and and very quick as discussed. Tate was very good as he said to me same he did . Nothing disappointed. I will recommend in my contacts this state agent definitely.... Read Full Review

Landlords Beware! This letting agent is terrible. They will match other estate agents lettings fees at 6 or 7% 'let only' fee but will then add additional charges such as 'tenancy agreement fee' of £456 as well as trying to add on other fees without your permission ... Read Full Review

They will match other estate agents lettings fees at 6 or 7% 'let only' fee but will then add additional charges such as 'tenancy agreement fee' of £456 as well as trying to add on other fees without your permission such as £30 for registering the deposit (which I did not ask them to do). In addition, they will charge 3% renewal fee as well as a £90 'memorandum of agreement fee' if the tenant stays on. I have worked with other estate agents who charge no renewal fee as there is no further work they have done (but may charge a small fee of about £30-40 for a renewal of contract).

Landlords Beware! This letting agent is terrible. For a flat with a rental income of £1100, they charged me an additional £486 compared to other estate agents in the area who do not charge these additional fees. I regret my decision to give them my business and will never do so again. My advice would be to go to any other letting agent.

It had been a month since we left the property and still no deposit back and lots of messing us around. The landlord was a priority over us tenants at Frost which is a disgrace. They wanted us to pay for a deep clean when in fact it was agreed that we won't as we had to clean the place up ourselves. I even paid and put in a brand new carpet as black mould was everywhere and we were ignored on various occasions.

Update: it is now Monday 23rd November 2020. Frosts Accounts team were contacted teice by two seperate frost colleagues who were ignored with no update. We have now been left without a penny and had to get a new tenancy elsewhere so am now struggling due to paying a deposit for new place. This is no way to treat customers past and present during a pandemic. Just pay our deposit back please so I can pay our bills!

The same room was found to have a leak in the wall close to electric sockets, again they held us liable for not reporting it on time. We had only been in the property a few months and we don't see through walls to note such, it was a contractor investigating the damp who noted it. There are other estate agents out there, go to them instead, please avoid this one completely, hopefully soon to be on Rogue Traders.
