From the very first call he was very professional, never promised more than what we can deliver and was always quick to get back to you on anything. On top of that, he was pro-active in the sale of our house and he got us viewings and offers within the first days. On top of this, he is always there for suggestions and advices for the overall process but also to suggest suppliers. I'm happy to say that I've used all the suggestions that he made (solicitors, waste removal) and I've been very happy with the service they offered.

Apart from the fact that I think fees shouldnt be a percentage of the sale price as its irrelevent to the work done. Robs price was very competitive compared to the market.

WORST COMPANY. I've never heard about such a thing. I would prefer to sleep on the streets than search a house with them. Everyone were saying different things, he was in conference, he was in holiday. I do not even care if he is in holiday, I have to finish my documents. After 10-12 days, AFTER i signed the contract, payed, etc I called him 7 times and everyone was lying as well, he was soo busy... On the 8th time we spoke and he told me the landlord was moving in his house. I can't believe this, I had 7 days to find a house. I will never forgive this + now I AM STILL waiting for my money back.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treat your customers with some respect! Don\'t fob us off! Understand that we are potential BUYERS so rude behaviour is not going to help with your sale. Stick to your word and contact us back when we call you and don\'t expect us to follow you up!

We were looking at purchasing a property and were treated like garbage! Duncan was very unprofessional and ill-mannered. As anyone would do, we gave an offer for a property below the asking price and he made it sound as if we were paupers and couldn't afford a house!
When he did finally decide to pass on the offer to the seller, we didn't receive any letters confirming the offer he put in (as is legally required by the National Association of Estate Agents code of conduct) so we were unsure if the offer was even passed on or not!
He didn't even call us back with regards to a rejection or acceptance of the offer after so many calls. WE had to follow EVERY SINGLE THING up with Duncan instead of him simply returning our calls!
Ridiculous agency employed by idiots and I'm glad I took my business elsewhere - their loss - will never go back to or recommend them to anyone ever!
