cP Bigwood now SDL Bigwood . The most useless company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.They currently manage the block of flats where I live. Over charging, poor if any communication and they allow contractors to carry out shoddy workmanship and pathetic customer service on their behalf for which they are well paid.we are currently developing a web site for other victims of Bigwoods and the contractors they use so as to enable individuals to make contact, write review in an effort to put a stop to this company bullying, robbing property owners who cannot afford to legally fight this large company on their own.They have got away with it for too long and now it's time to fight back. I recommend that anyone seeking property management, avoid this company at all costs. Watch this space!

SDL manage our building, we pay an extortionate amount on annual 'maintenance' + additional fees (eg. £850 for internal decoration, paid in August ago, the work is still yet to be completed). The worst management company we have ever come across. They ignore their obligations in the lease, do not respond to letters or emails, do no repairs/maintenance to property despite high management service charges. CP/SDL Bigwood are a nightmare. Constant repair invoices coming through the post which surely should be covered by the buildings insurance. Awful, we are finally leaving as they have done nothing for the managment fee they charge us. As DMA they were slow but got the job done, as CP Bigwood we got nothing.
