SDL Bigwood have not given our property any services for 2 years, but have sent invoices, threatening letters and bills for £60 for every letter sent out. A lady name Deborah Cain there has no morales at all. Do not allow this company to manage your... Read Full Review

The negative reviews here pretty much sum up our own experiences with CP/SDL Bigwood managing our block from new over the last 2 years. Awful service from day one with slow or no replies to emails/calls and many issues left unresolved to this day. The only thing they are not slow and inefficient... Read Full Review

In the space of 7 months CPBigwood have managed to neglect our block to the extent that our once brand new pristine block is well on the way to becoming a brown field site. Their first action on taking over our contract was to increase our charges significantly. In exchange we have suffered... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
