fine you as soon as its late, yet never get bills out on time, I just pay now when I think its due as have been fined for not paying when I didn't even get a bill!! appalling value for money !!!! any builder giving this company the management needs shooting but I am guessing that Bigwoods pay them to get the contract so they can fleece people.

How poor this company is. Four years of invoicing mistake (always in their favour of course). Letters from companies house fining us for not submitting accounts which was their job. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
