Awful, awful experience with this company. I would beseech any other landlord to not use them. I had a good valuation with the lettings manager, and decided to take them on. From there it was down hill. the staff, even in management capacities are rude and do not care about their customers. They are solely interested in the tenant and working for them rather than the landlord. They entered the property without permission just because the prospective tenant demanded it, they questioned me on works that were not a condition of the rental and that I was having done as a matter of course, i.e, not their business. I had no choice but to dis-instruct them, and even in the face of a complaint they were rude, narrow minded, harassing, bullying, and were not concerned with offering a gracious goodwill gesture even though I only left because of their behaviour and actions. They are greedy, money-obsessed and have no inclination to work for their customer. Appalling.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
