The letting staff who showed us the property were professional and helpful but that is where it ended The documentation lady patronizing. We could not have access yo the property until 3 pm on Friday as inventory people had not been arranged They gave us the keys, no sign of the agent. The toilet was disgusting, filthy and stained, Stove top and oven were not very clean . Nothing could be done till Monday due to the late notice as it now became the problem of the managing agent Subsequently work men don't turn up when they say they will, No bank account details provided as to where to pay the rent, I was expected to chase around and find this Transpired they had not been provided on the tenancy agreement or emails Incredibly unprofessional don't use them

After having dealt with Douglas & Gordon twice, it is not surprising to me that the Daily Telegraph referred to them as one of the best estate agents in Britain.
