Incompetent beyond belief, that you like and idiot, hound you and ignore you...worse than terrible. Ended up having to do their job for them whilst they drank champs on their mini convertible! I requested a viewing via D&G website. A letting agent contacted me the following day to arrange a viewing. We agreed on a day and time. I arrived at the property on time and the person who was supposed to show me the property was not there yet. I waited 5 minutes and I called the office number ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Call to reschedule the appointment knowing they were going to be late or were not going to be able to make it. Call me back when I requested some other capable person to show me the property. They never called back. Apologise for the way they treated a customer.
