I am never one to write reviews, particularly bad reviews but thought it was necessary on this occasion. If I could give this company zero stars then I would. Put an offer in on a property on Monday and was advised by the agent they would get back to me asap. I heard nothing by Wednesday so chased this up (took 4 phonecalls and a voicemail until I finally got through) after which I was told that they could not get hold of the vendor (seems a bit strange when your wanting to sell your house that you aren't able to be contacted for over 48 hours). I then followed this up on the Friday afternoon as I still had heard nothing back after which I received an email saying that the vendor had gone with another offer on this occasion. Not once were we contacted to try and up our offer like other estate agents have done when I have purchased houses in the past. Overall, I just found the communication extremely poor and I can't help but think if I hadn't have chased this up myself this afternoon that they wouldn't have even had the decency to phone me back and let me know of the outcome. Also their Mortgage advisor (I won't name them personally but works for Countrywide Mortgage Services) hasn't responded to an email I sent them 10 days ago asking for further advice. Finally, they are absolutely terrible at answering the phone!! I have tried multiple times at various times of the day to get hold of them and I think only once did they pick up. Again, so unprofessional and if I had employed them to sell my house I would be extremely concerned that they aren't answering the phone to people who want to purchase their property/make offers.
