Scott the agent blaintantly lied so he could sell the house. there own conveyancy company said the house should not of been marketed without probate but it was. we carried out every viewing and we actually negotiated the final sales price privately with the buyer and then paid of £2500 to blundells for not achiving the price promised, for not answernig the phone ever and for us to do all the viewings.

my advise is avoid it seems to me like they are understaffed to do the job and it reflects ni the service.

We used the chapeltown branch for the purchase of our new property. From start to finish they were brilliant. All of the team members were friendly and helpful.
A special mention goes to Lewis who kept in regular contact (weekly) with us and helped chase the vendors and their solicitors when things started to slow down. He was always available on the phone or via email, returning calls and emails promptly. Couldn’t fault the service he provided.
All of the team were great tho. Thanks for all of your help.

I sold my house through Blundells. All staff are extremely professional and obliging. I thought about it and decided blundells would give me the best service and the best deal and that is in fact what happened the house was sold within a week and Samantha gave me fantastic enthusiastic service all the way through

also im now looking to buy a property, i phoned to arrange a viewing, went through to an answer machine, it took them 3 hrs to get back to me, i then gave them all my details and told them the 2 properties i wanted to view, they said they'd get back with viewing times,,,,Nothing,,,didn't get back,,,i phoned them again the following day, and they had no record of me on their system,,
i wouldn't touch them with a barge pole,,i really hope the house i end up buying isn't on the market with them
Dont use these people, they are totally incompetent
