Would not recommend miles and barr, absolutely useless, no communication, they can't be bothered, don't get back to you and some of the staff don't know anything about the property when they turn up to show a buyer around. Would totally avoid them nmat all costs not worth the money thank god we have moved to another estate agent!!

The agents fees were very over priced considering they did not even turn up for the appointments and my parents had to show the potential buyers around the property. On the occasions that they did turn up they stood there in silence whilst my parents showed the potential buyer around the house.

Quick to take your money. Inventory clerk extremely rude and disgusting. Try to charge you for things that don't need doing. Put you in dirty houses and then expect it left in tip top condition and then won't pick up the phone to you. Cowards! Very argumentative inventory clerk who missed things... Read Full Review

-All patronising agents, sarcastic manner and answered phone mid conversation to boyfriend during viewing. -They answer phones and any queries in robot-like manner, do not actually listen. I moved into the property on March 4, 2014. There was a lingering dog odor that permeated the apartment- I had not noticed it during the one viewing that I had of the place. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have made sure that the property was habitable and fit for a tenants enjoyment of the property. Th agent could have portrayed a more assertive, take charge, no-nonsense attitude in getting requested repairs accomplished, thus enhancing good business relations, ethical practices and professional standards and trust.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The used my front door and grand entrance to sell apartments accessed on a different road if they sold mine would they use the church as a description ? Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 i am sure they breach it often
