Flat itself is nice and fine - it's the running of it that is unacceptable. Fossgate House has literally no waste management. You have to put your dirty bins out every week and until then they stay in your small humid studio room which stinks. Peoppe defied that because especially in summer, that is gross, and we were met with snide notes from other tenants as well as emails threatening CCTV monitoring and discipline for whoever is taking their bins out before bin day. ( Sounds like a them problem not a Tennant problem..) Another thing is after moving out recently I got an offensive and anxiety inducing email about how they haven't got round to giving deposits back yet and that "there may be charges against you or your garuntor but we dont know the extent of the charges yet" Turns out that was a mass email to everyone because I started panicking wondering how on earth I'd be charged when I left it in much better condition than I was given it (dirty..) Unacceptable - they loose respect for you once they get you in the contract and even more so when you're moving out. Oh and forget about privacy for 3 months around November to Jan time as you will have constant flat viewings whenever they please, not in a structured manner just whenever they get interest for it..
