If it could do a 0 star we would. Done work for YPP for nearly 4 years. Terrible company rip off their tenants and tell them stuff has been done in their room on move out and hasn't. They creat contractors like dirt and do not value their own employees. Sacking them for having COVID,... Read Full Review

Scum of the earth, horrible horrible company which exploits young tenants/students and have seriously took advantage of them in the coronavirus outbreak. Moved into a flat with numerous faults which took ages to get sorted but they’ll happily charge us for the most ridiculously small... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
