Absolutely terrible. We first signed on with a different management but they switched to YPP before we moved in. We lived with extreme mould and dampness, suffering from mould sickness. There was water leaking from our floors because of the dampness. Water leaked from the doorframe whenever it rained. Nothing got fixed even though it was reported several times. They do not reply to us to get our deposit back. They are claiming the full deposit back for 'cleaning' and 'labour charges' even though they did not fix anything in our flat for the whole year and left us living in horrible mouldy conditions. I don't reccomend this management for any student. They don't reply and don't fix anything.

They will try to increase your rent after just 3 months of living there. Only 3 months after moving in the landlords impose an enormous rent increase, demanding an extra £612 on top of the normal rent!! They wait for you to move your belonging in then send you an enormous rent increase. Demanding an extra £612 hike on top of the normal rent.
If you try to argue or negotiate the increase they will simply tell you to move out if you don't like it. Pay extra or move out.
TOTAL LACK OF TRANSPARENCY!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY!!
Very aggressive unfriendly staff not polite or welcoming, the staff will be very rude.
After 1 year they will increase the price an extra £612 and then say if you don't like it leave. Force you to pay more or move out.
They will up the rent and force you to move out the greediest landlord I have ever encountered.
Their final response is simply pay the higher rent or move out no other options. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
My price went up after the first year an extra 600pounds enormous increase. When I tried to negotiate they simply said you have to pay the extra or move out they are unable to keep the same price after 1 year. Proper joke of a company be warned do not live here.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
After the first 1 year they will increase the rent by an extra £600 and tell you to move out if you don’t like it. Very greedy for money.
I wish I’d have know there greedy tactics before moving in.
