Absolutely terrible. We first signed on with a different management but they switched to YPP before we moved in. We lived with extreme mould and dampness, suffering from mould sickness. There was water leaking from our floors because of the dampness. Water leaked from the doorframe whenever it rained. Nothing got fixed even though it was reported several times. They do not reply to us to get our deposit back. They are claiming the full deposit back for 'cleaning' and 'labour charges' even though they did not fix anything in our flat for the whole year and left us living in horrible mouldy conditions. I don't reccomend this management for any student. They don't reply and don't fix anything.

They will try to increase your rent after just 3 months of living there. Only 3 months after moving in the landlords impose an enormous rent increase, demanding an extra £612 on top of the normal rent!! They wait for you to move your belonging in then send you an enormous rent increase.... Read Full Review
