The worst company I have ever rented from!! Organised a move in day, from 3 hours from down south to move into a flat in york and nobody was there to give me my keys so I had to pay to stay in a travel lodge for 2 nights. Finally got into the flat and it was absolutely disgusting!!! I have never seen a room so filthy before in my life. There was poo all over the toilet, mould growing in the skins, the windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them, the mattress was stained and old and there was so much dust I had an asthma attack! I called reception and the head office 7 times and nobody would do anything about it so I ended up spending 10 hours cleaning my flat just so it was inhabitable and they haven't given me any compensation at all. Nobody is ever at the desk downstairs even though it's meant to be 9-5pm, the bike storage code doesn't work so I've had to carry my bike up 6 flights of stairs after work. There's hardly ever any hot water and the cleaners are absolutely useless. Do not rent from them!!!
