Be careful with these people. When moving into rented accommodation they did not address any issues that we felt needed to be fixed, simply ignoring our emails. When we moved out, they tried to take money from our deposit to fix issues with the house that already existed before moving in. A deposit should not be there to fix existing maintenance issues. Finally gave full deposit back without accepting any blame and requested I take my factually correct review down.

I have just had the most ridiculous battle to get the entirety of my deposit back despite the fact that it was acknowledged that I was due to receive it back.
