Before I met Tyler , I believed that all agents are evil and they don't think at tenants. Tyler is amazing. He helped me with the paper even at 22.00 on his day off. He answered to all my questions and some of them , believe they were stupid. I was new. It was my first rent and I'm really glad that he was the agent who helped me! This agency Martyn Gerrard are very lucky to have him! Even now after 3 months , he is here to help me! Thank you Tyler! You are the best!!!

Avoid at all costs! Utterly appalling, this is the worst estate agent we have ever dealt with and was a traumatic experience. Martyn Gerrard have been operating in the North West London area since the 1960's. What agent could do to change your mind?
what ever mistak been made in this sales put it right. the game that been played to make me pay much more that what i suppose to be paid putted right. so i dont think so its being possible.
