Charlie was very upfront with us about the fees courteous and straightforward, and Andrew was very accomodating to our situation. I have no complains about them or their behaviour. They seemed genuinely as surprised as us about the scaffolding, not sure if they are just good actors, but we are still here and so far, no rent reduction. I do have a problem with them not informing us about this building construction above us beforehand !
