Highly unprofessional. We placed a deposit on a property we were interested in to take it off the market (what a deposit is intended for) and after viewing wanted to go ahead with it. They continued to show people the property even after they confirmed the landlord accepted our offer and once they got a better offer than us (it wasn't: they advertised a free month's rent which the next person didn't notice or ask for) they ignored the fact that we were first to it and tried to find us an alternative, which was significantly higher in rent.

Very poor service and Bad response. Need to wait for months for any repair to be addressed. Have to chase them on our own for weeks and months. Very disappointed, we moved in which took longer than thought because of a miscommunication with one of the staff, the toilet was not working properly and we had trouble for at least 6 weeks when they eventually fixed it. Terrible experience. Saw a property for a rental, was informed to pay admin fee to book. Did so in 30 minutes but the property was given to someone else.
