Moreover, whenever try to chase for an issue , new staff member will respond and need to explain the whole story from start, which is very frustrating. My issue is still not sorted. I would prefer to give NO star at all.

If I could give no stars I would!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! They did exactly the same thing as the comment below. As well as that, they took our deposit and refused to give it back- when they breached data confidentiality laws in more than one occasion (I have personal details for people I've never met and vice Versa) on more than one occasion, we waited 2 months and still had no move in date. After wanting to speak to the manager- Matthew westlake- triton- clearly no customer service or communication skills. Just cut us off so we couldn't explain the whole situation. Got passed from agent to agent as they left the company. We pulled out in the end and six months later, I now have energy companies, council etc demanding money for a house I never moved in to! Threatening to take me to court as I didn't respond to any of the letters- probably because I never lived there!!! Weeks after we pulled out, they told suppliers we had moved in! Have called the managing director several times and also no reply. We have sought legal action as no one is willing to help. (Just keep getting told they'll call but never do). Honestly- we've lost hundreds of pounds and as of September this has been on going for over a year. Never even got to move in- the amount of stress it's caused is beyond me!!

Highly unprofessional. We placed a deposit on a property we were interested in to take it off the market (what a deposit is intended for) and after viewing wanted to go ahead with it. They continued to show people the property even after they confirmed the landlord accepted our offer and once they got a better offer than us (it wasn't: they advertised a free month's rent which the next person didn't notice or ask for) they ignored the fact that we were first to it and tried to find us an alternative, which was significantly higher in rent.

Worst letting agent I have ever used. Property was barely habitable and running with damp. Poor condition when I moved in and getting the agent to carry out any work was next to impossible as it took them weeks to do anything, when chased they'd confirm the landlord had authorised the work and they didn't know why it hadn't been carried out. Zero contact between offices and there was only ever one person who was able to deal with your query, who was never available. Renewing contract took 3 months because she didn't send me the correct paperwork. When I moved out they fabricated excuses to keep all of my deposit, including claiming I'd removed things from the property which I hadn't. When I complained they just hid behind the landlord, who I'd never even met, and blamed everything on him, claiming I'd need to take it up with him. I would never use this agent again and would strongly urge anyone looking for a home to look elsewhere than this dreadful company. The staff were rude and I found anything to do with the company so stressful it made me ill. Best thing I ever did was move out.

Very disappointed, we moved in which took longer than thought because of a miscommunication with one of the staff, the toilet was not working properly and we had trouble for at least 6 weeks when they eventually fixed it. The toilet is now unusable(the smell is putrid and there is NO way you can eat or cook a meal with the smell). We only have one toilet on the property and no reply from the manager, Janet is in contact which is great but it seems her hands are tied and the relevant person is meant to contact us, but 2 days later and nothing and now going into the weekend. We have contacted the council and they have advised to get a hotel and by law the landlord/agency are responsible for the cost, Just communication would be great but this has not happened once again!! Very disappointing.

Today we had a viewing with Lenwell at 8:30 am for a flat in the Hub area,Milton Keynes. Unfortunately, they never appeared in the viewing and they did not even inform us in prior about canceling the appointment. Since their location was close by to the apartment block, we went to ask them whether they were going to show us the letting. Their response was that they were not doing viewings before 9am. They were very sorry about that and they put the blame on a new colleague that he recently started working over there. She offered to call us during afternoon but we didn't receive any call back. Taking into account those things, i think that we are dealing with an agency that it's unreliable and it doesn't disrespect only us but also themselves. In case that you are not in a hurry and you have the flexibility of choice, i would suggest you giving it a second thought before cooperating with that agency firm.
