I am going through the same hell now. Renting a property from this agency was a mistake, The check out inventory lady rules. Planing legal action now. The rent deposit scheme is a joke. 60 days after checkout they are not bothered to return the customer's money despite bent on my knees and begging for my deposit several times. Giving silly excuses and blaming me for cleanliness and damages. Please do not rent from this agency

The Frost Partnership with held monies from my deposit stating numerous items of damage, photographed by the check out clerk. When I checked the 62 pages of the check in inventory, all of the damages were on their very own photographs there. They also handed me the property, in Windsor, in an uncleaned state, as vividly photographed and detailed on their check in inventory. Then they with held monies for "sparkle clean", despite the check out report stating that the property was in a better state of cleanliness than at check in. They beggar belief and Clare edwards of their Burnham branch ignore emails re repairs. She repeatedly failed to turn up for the interim inspection. then breezed through with her ipad, phtographing random things. The toilet seat had come loose and she said she would get it replaced. She did not. Then charged me 2 months later for "broken toilet seat", by claiming it on the deposit with holding. I am defending my case currently with the TDS. Beware they try to claim your deposit monies at all cost, lying and defrauding.
