Having been assured that our property would have no problem selling we were very excited to put an offer on a property also with Miles and Barr. Within the first week we had 3 viewings all supposed to be desperate for our property. 6 weeks later not a single viewing but lots of pressure to look at more properties even though we had made an offer on somewhere which that also reassured us they would do all they could to sell to us. We even wanted to put a full asking price offer on the property but told not to worry and that they would keep us updated with further interested offers. New year's eve we got a phone call to be told that the property we had wanted was sold despite being told not to worry about upping our offer. Not what my wife wanted to hear especially when she has bipolar. Unfortunately Miles and Barr felt the wrath of her and ended messy. We was also told that our agent would come and discuss progress with the sale every 3 weeks but never a dicky bird from him. Obviously sales pressures got to the team at Christmas as we barraged with other properties to look at despite having our hearts already set on. We have now removed our house from Miles and Barr

Being an estate agent I would consider myself to be uber critical when it came to my property search, Miles & Barr where by far the most proactive agent I dealt with, before, during and after the sale was agreed they were fantastic, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone... Have to say I have recently dealt with the herne bay office for my sale, and Birchington for the purchase. Both offices have been extremely helpful and the process was painless. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have shown honesty and integrity, they could have communicated better, been more efficient in getting things done and NOT put down the phone or fail to phone back when asked.
