Being an estate agent I would consider myself to be uber critical when it came to my property search, Miles & Barr where by far the most proactive agent I dealt with, before, during and after the sale was agreed they were fantastic, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell, it is clear why they appear to dominate the areas in which they operate. The service I received was superb.

Have to say I have recently dealt with the herne bay office for my sale, and Birchington for the purchase. Both offices have been extremely helpful and the process was painless. The agent could have shown honesty and integrity, they could have communicated better, been more efficient in getting things done and NOT put down the phone or fail to phone back when asked.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
