Being an estate agent I would consider myself to be uber critical when it came to my property search, Miles & Barr where by far the most proactive agent I dealt with, before, during and after the sale was agreed they were fantastic, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell, it is clear why they appear to dominate the areas in which they operate. The service I received was superb.

Having been assured that our property would have no problem selling we were very excited to put an offer on a property also with Miles and Barr. Have to say I have recently dealt with the herne bay office for my sale, and Birchington for the purchase. Both offices have been extremely helpful and the process was painless. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have shown honesty and integrity, they could have communicated better, been more efficient in getting things done and NOT put down the phone or fail to phone back when asked.
