very bad service, would never use them again. totally disorganised head office, total lack of communication. the staff are a total joke. they where good once when all was done in local branches but since they have moved everything to beaconsfield there is absolute chaos and no personal service. i was going to sell the property i was renting out through them but they have definitely lost that sale. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

average i guess but the 5% rent collection fee was money for nothing really as when rent was not paid i had to do all chasing up and they where not interested.

5 Dec 2018I am going through the same hell now. Renting a property from this agency was a mistake, The check out inventory lady rules. Planing legal action now. The rent deposit scheme is a joke. 60 days after checkout they are not bothered to return the customers money despite bent on my knees and begging for my deposit several times. Giving silly excuses and blaming me for cleanliness and damages. Please do not rent from this agency
