The fees are very high, but as soon as the contract is signed they don't do much when emergency happens. There are gas, alarm and security checks, but when water floods the flat nobody cares. This is unacceptable.

Marsh Parsons is full of jumped up young sales people, who still live at home with Mum and Dad and have no idea of real life. They are not on the tenants side - we are just cannon fodder to them. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
